  • The product was damaged or modified after delivery.
  • You refuse delivery without a valid reason.

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable software

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • Youโ€™ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the return is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed or posted to you.

If the gift was not sent directly to you, the refund will go to the original buyer.
